GARDEN TRELLIS SCARF
Here’s a lacy, feminine scarf you can make with just one ball of fingering weight wool!
stitch detail
Materials: 231 yards fingering weight wool (I used Knitpicks Palette)
Size 6 knitting needles
Size: Finished size is approximately 5 x 58 inches, after blocking.
Gauge: 22 st x 29 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch.
Note: Slip first stitch each row as if to purl.
Cast on 28 stitches
Rows 1-4: Slip 1, knit across.
Row 5: Slip 1, knit across.
Row 6: Slip 1, K1, Purl across to last 2 stitches,
Row 7: Slip 1, K1. (K2tog)twice. (Yo, K1) 4 times. (K2tog) 4 times. (Yo, K1) 4 times. (K2tog) twice.
Row 8: Repeat Row 6.
Rows 9-16: Repeat rows 5-8 two times.
Rows 17-20: Repeat rows 1-4 once.
Row 21: Sl 1, knit across.
Row 22: Sl 1, purl across to last 2 stitches.
Row 23: Sl 1, K1. (Yo, K1) twice. (K2tog) four times. (Yo, K1) four times. (K2tog) four times. (Yo, K1) twice.
Row 24: Repeat row 22.
Rows 25-32: Repeat rows 21-24 two times.
Rows 33-36: Sl 1, knit across. (As rows 1-4).
Repeat rows 5-36 eleven times.
Bind off.
Block scarf to combat the deadly, dreaded curl.

On row 22, was there supposed to be a K1 after Slipping?
